PAYMENTS
Each payment of each order is carefully checked before being confirmed.
Romagna Furs reserves the right to refuse a payment in case of suspected fraudulent payments and ask also additional documents to prove the identity of the customer as mentioned in the general conditions of this website.
We accept payments with Paypal ( you can pay also by 3 rates for orders with a maximum value of €2000), Credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer ( the customer must complete the payment in 2-3 business days and send the confirmation to the client service).
In every case the order will be processed only after having received and cashed out money.

SHIPMENTS
Each order is processed in 24-48 business hours (during the weekend please consider we do not work), and only after having accepted and confirmed the order, especially in case of bank transfers.
During sales or promotions periods / national festivities please consider that the shipment process may be longer than classic one. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping cost include insurance on delivery, this means that in case of loss of package, the customer will be reimbursed.
Italy
Each shipment is made with Bartolini courier with express (1-2 business days), except for Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia (2-4 business days).
The shipment costs €30 with insurance included.
For orders bigger than 3 pieces, Romagna Furs will contact you directly and provide a quotation for the shipping cost. We will ship the package only when we receive the new full amount proposed.
Europe
Each shipment is made with TNT or DHL courier with express (1-3 business days) or standard (3-5 business days) delivery.
The shipments costs €120 for express shipping and €80 for standard one with insurance included.
For orders bigger than 3 pieces, Romagna Furs will contact you directly and provide a quotation for the shipping cost. We will ship the package only when we receive the new full amount proposed.
CUSTOM AND DUTIES
Custom and duties are not included in our prices and therefore a sole responsibility of the customer. It is not a flat tax, therefore we cannot predict the amount. For any doubt please kindly contact the local client service.
Extra UE (Usa, Asia)
Each shipment is made with DHL courier with express delivery (2-6 business days).
Shipments costs €150 with insurance included.
For orders bigger than 3 pieces, Romagna Furs will contact you directly and provide a quotation for the shipping cost. We will ship the package only when we receive the new full amount proposed.
Custom and duties are not included and must be paid directly to the courier.
Russia
Due to the delicate international situation of emergency, customer must cover by her/his own the shipping cost to this country. We have the possibility to organize the shipment using our courier, in this case please kindly contact our client service, we speak Russian ( +39 334 354 2754).
ORDER DELIVERY
If the customer is not at home at the first attempt of delivery, the courier will try again a second time the next day.
In case of problems with the delivery, Romagna Furs will contact directly the customer in order to manage a new delivery date.
If the customer decides to not accept the delivery for any reason, Romagna Furs reserves the right to exclude shipping cost as well as any additional cost sustained to receive back the package in its warehouse.
RETURNS
The customer that is not satisfied with her/his order can ask the return in 14 days from the date of he/she received the order, simply logging into the account in the return section. The customer can ask a refund or an exchange of size only for the same product bought ( in case of changes, shipping cost for the return as well as one for the new item are a customer responsibility).
The product must return in perfect conditions, same as received, with all the brand tags and security tags still attached.
In case of products with defects, please carefully contact the customer care in the next 24 business hours from the moment of delivery, the brand reserves the right to check the item conditions and decide the best solution to apply ( return covering shipping cost or additional discount).
Once the return request has been inserted and confirmed, the customer will receive an automatic email with the RMA number including all the instructions. Please check carefully each package because instructions are already inside each order.
Returns shipments that have not been authorized by Romagna Furs, will be automatically refused.
Shipping cost for the return are a customer responsibility. The customer can choose the courier he/she prefers, also local posts. The customer must send to the customer care the waybill number and name of the courier used. In case the customer is not able to organize a pick up, he/she can easily contact our customer service, that will provide a label for the return. In this case shipping cost will be deducted from the customer refund.
Shipping cost paid at the moment of the order in order to receive it at home, are never refunded. The customer received the refund only for the amount paid for the item excluding all additional cost sustained ( shipping cost, custom and duties).
Refunds are made only after having checked and inspected each return on the same payment method used for the purchase.
Romagna Furs reserves the right to inspect carefully each item and to refuse ones that arrive damaged without having received a customer report before shipping it. In this case the order will be not refunded or the warehouse will ask an additional amount to cover repair cost.
The customer must send the order back in 7 business days after having inserted the return request.
